Canada Post Alternative

·10 months agoI’m using FlashRoutes right now, they do free pickups in Vancouver, and most of Greater Van gets next-day delivery with photo proof. The only thing is there are some location restrictions, so a few Canadian addresses they can’t cover. But overall it’s been working fine for me so far.

·1 year agoWith Stallion, the lowest amount you can transfer to your credits is $50.
So if you just want to use it for a one time shipment of say $7.00 then getting the $43 back from Stallion is a big hassle!
With ChitChats it's $10.
I guess it's their way of forcing you to do more business with them while they hold on to your money.
I think it's a very bad business practice.
(Alot like EBAY's dishonest business practices).

·1 year agoWhen did that start? I could have sworn I transferred $25 a week ago when I had only one small package to spend and didn't want them holding a big balance when I wasn't sure if I would be continuing to ship items.

The closest drop point for me is in Richmond BC.
Chitchat has seven locations in BC-- all in Greater Vancouver.

·1 year agoYes the likes of Stallion, ChitChats work fine for those in the areas where those services are available. Unfortuantely, that is mostly the larger cities...
Saskatchewan has neither Stallion or ChitChats...
Yes, we have other alternatives if anyone is willing to go that way ...such as UPS/FedEx,Sendle...
However, some of us would rather not add the additional stress, inconvenience,etc to our lives so we are holding out in our "Time Away" corner...

·1 year agoEven in larger city not everyone have it around the corner and their busines hours not always convinient,UPS,fedex and other to expensive for regular mail,so no other choice as to wait and push Time away button ((
