Canada post is doing a lot of advertising

I've noticed a lot of ads today (including one for Whoosh, mentioned elsewhere in these pages) for various products that consistently state they are shipping by Canada Post. Logo and all.
I guess the idea is that they are also Canadian made.
But is this a new program from CPO?
