Canada Post labels not working on ebay
Getting an error message for Canada Post labels and they are currently down....again...
Anyone know what the issue is?
what a great time to be operating a small business in Canada...tariffs, postal strikes, inflation etc.!

I've seen others post on FB yesterday they had problems too through out the day.
CP Tracking shows no item associated with the tracking numbers I have though.
My label yesterday morning also still shows no item associated with the number, after drop off scan at shoppers PO.
Canada Post chat agent yesterday said there was nothing wrong with the tracking number though, and the website would get updated.
Anyone else have no tracking information for their labels since yesterday on Canada Post website? Not even the 'Electronic information submitted by shipper' status?

·1 year agoCanada Post tracking still not working (or cached), but Ebay's tracking now shows processing on my label from yesterday.

Reported this yesterday on here and then spoke to eBay via Facebook. It was repaired super quick. In testing current orders it all seems to be working as it is supposed. Unfortunately the CP status page was deactivated several months ago. There are other sites you can check for testing if/when there are issues. It could be just unscheduled maintenance so you may need to try again later to be more successful. Nothing current to send so unable to do a complete test for you.
