Canada Post pickup + eBay labels question (Canada sellers)

I’m an eBay seller in Canada and currently ship everything with Canada Post labels purchased through eBay. I usually use the QR code option and drop the parcels at the post office, so the clerk prints the labels.
I’m trying to understand how Recurring Pickup works.
Canada Post says pickup becomes free when you reach $15,000 in parcel shipping purchases per year.
My question is about eBay labels:
Do shipments where the Canada Post label is purchased through eBay count toward that $15,000 annual shipping spend, or does Canada Post only count labels purchased directly through Snap Ship / Solutions for Small Business account?
Also:
If I reach $15k in shipping through eBay labels, can I then enable free recurring pickup from home?
Or do I need to buy labels directly through Canada Post for that spending to count?
Would appreciate hearing from Canadian sellers who actually use Canada Post pickup.

·5 months agoHas to be directly through Snap Ship or another service that uses your Canada Post account, or at least that's the case for the spend amounts for the level tiers. Lettermail also doesn't count towards it. Flat rate boxes don't count towards it, at least if you buy them at the counter. Not sure if you buy them online if they do or not. Even if you reach the amount, Canada Post may or may not even service your area for pickups anyway. They don't for my area.
You can get free pickups from some other shipping companies. If you buy labels through Click Ship (which doesn't have Canada Post labels), you can schedule free pickups for several different carriers.

·5 months agoFlat Rate Boxes are supposed to count towards your annual spend when you present your SFSB card at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you buy them online or at the post office. That was one of the selling features of the product back when they were first released (since they didn't get the 5% discount given to the XpressPost/Priority prepaid products). If they've removed that feature then it must have been a stealthy removal for which they didn't bother to notify post offices. Would be news to me, anyway.

·5 months agoMy local post office has tried many times. I've used my SfSB card with the purchases, and it has NEVER credited me with the purchase for flat rate boxes. I also put my number on the flat rate box when I ship it, but that hasn't mattered either.
