Canada Post USPS tariff disagreement - what's the status - China Packages still RETURNING? Resolved?

Stallion Express and Chitchats have been discouraging shipments to the US by using Canada Post USA Tracked for items Made in China. Chitchats has even disabled the service (not sure if still disabled or not). I am not even concerned with packages getting stuck at the customs for 1-2 weeks. That's fine. But I had packages returned because the delivery was cancelled by Canada Post. They came back afer 6 or more weeks being in limbo. So I wonder if anybody still experiencing Returns of th...
