Cannot connect Facebook to eBay account

This message appears when I try to link my account. I inquired 3 times with eBay customer rep, but they all say we will make a note on your account blah blah and now it's a Facebook issue apparently so I got to contact Facebook. Where to even start with a direct contact with their reps. I tried every browser. I tried different Facebook accounts. Help please..

·1 year agoI have the same issue. eBay was suppose to make social media posting easier, but they made it more complicated. I have the exact same issue. I have a business page and everything I need for this to work, but I can't do anything because of the error.
If you ever figure it out, please let me know.

It's not exactly a Facebook issue.
It's that the issue may be best handled by one of eBay's actual employees* assigned to social media Chats**.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
