I have noticed that since October 29th, all labels from Canada Post and UPS have been charged at a rate higher than what I was quoted when the label was purchased. No one should ever be seeing sub-$5 Expedited Parcel rates. Even Expedited Lite doesn't go that low - I think the lowest for Expedited Lite is $6.XX once fuel surcharge/taxes are factored in.
