Chrome and Edge both freeze when I try and edit the Destination on Intl Shipping | Selling

So I have to refresh the brower and my choosen Destination change doesn't happen and I'm stuck on World Wide shipping. Just lost $5 on a sale because my flat fee price is for the US and not World Wide. The issue happens both on Chrome and Edge on Win 11. Hope you guys can help!
