Combine EIS order with a non-EIS order
A buyer purchased 3 items. One through EIS and the other 2 using standard shipping. They are asking me to combine shipping. Is that possible noting that the additional items do not increase the weight to affect pricing.

Ask your buyer to cancel the order and purchase again, selecting the non-eIS option.

·6 months agoNo! There is no customs form for a seller using EIS, it's a domestic shipment. If you get caught adding non-EIS items to a package that will be the end of your EIS access and maybe your eBay account.

·6 months agoI suggest the buyer request that you cancel the eIS-supported sale so you can relist the item. Instruct the buyer to select your other shipping option when they purchase it again.
