Combined Shipping - EIS - Recommendations
Hi,
A US buyer purchased an item and used EIS. He then sent an offer on another item which I accepted. He is asking me to combine shipping of both items. Since the first one was already paid and EIS was chose, I informed him that it is not possible for me to combine them unless we cancel the first one and choose standard shipping instead. He doesn't want to go through the hassle of cancellation. Are there other options that you all recommend in this case? Thanks in advance.

·3 weeks ago · EditedMy understanding is that your buyer is going to have to suck it up and go through the cancellation process. What happens after that will depend on whether your buyer wants the items shipped through eIS or your “standard international shipping” option. Your post implies that you offer both, although there’s a chance that eBay may not have made eIS an option on the second listing, so check that out.

·3 weeks agoThe only way to combine for EIS is for the buyer to put all items in their SHOPPING CART before checking out. And if the combined value exceeds the $$ allowed for EIS, even then, they won't be combined.
