CPC Strike, Seller Ratings and Shipping to the US
Summary: tryubik-useonlyasdirected expressed concerns about potential shipping delays to US customers on eBay.com due to the CPC strike, which might impact their seller rating. They ask how changing their shipping times might affect this rating. recped reassures them that extending handling time won't negatively impact their seller metrics and could be beneficial if they can't meet the current handling times.
We are registered on eBay.ca and sell almost exclusively on eBay.com to US customers.
Do to the CPC Strike our ship-out times are likely going to be slower. While typically we have 1 Day shipping and typically have the item out same-day to meet our Seller Standards, We've had about two in the past 2 months that have taken 3 or so days to get in the mail due to circumstances and these hvae not affected, or even showed up, on our Seller Rating.
How would changing our ship-out time affect our seller rating? And does getting a US shipment out "late" affect our seller rating?
