CPSC Forms for shipping toys and diecast collectibles to the USA

Has anyone had emails from UPS when shipping from Canada to the USA regarding CPSC forms. Apparently since July 8th I have to add data safety sheets for toys. This includes diecast, plastic models and toys of almost any kind. Problem is I have no access to this information and I am certainly not signing up to another US Govt. website to have to get this information for every order I send south of the border. This will add a lot of time if I decided to go and do all this. It really seems like the US Govt. is trying to kill all business both sides of the border.

OP4 days agoI'm finding if you list it as an adult collectable it bypasses the test requirements for toys.

·1 week agoI recently listed a collectible Toronto Maple Leaf Pez dispenser. Because (I am guessing) it's considered a toy it is blocked from being shipped with eIS to USA. Learn something new every day. And the thing was made in the USA.

See attached. Info on CSPC is on left side of the eIS help page. From my testing the form has to be accessed directly from the gov site. eBay does not (appear to) provide.
