CPSC update
So far since the new rules ive shipped 2 packages to the USA one being small and the other a large order. Both passed through without issue and I didnt have to efile (even though my HTS codes were flagged).
I sell mostly handmade paint and only ship to the usa via chitchats currently.
Also worth noting is I did actually shell out $1200 CAD for a toxicology review on my product but it looks like so far I havent even been asked for the report.
I already knew long before this update that my product was overwhelmingly safe (even to the point of making my job more difficult for safety purity sake as I vow to make the safest, most durable and most lightfast oil paint possible through rigorous research and testing even to a fault of making my job harder by strictly following those 3 self imposed rules on my product).
