·8 years agoThe savings on FVF for some categories and the FVF cap for high value items can make a store worthwhile with just a few sales.
Magic number calculation (based just on listing cost):
Non-store: 50 free listings, non-free listing cost 30 cents, monthly cost $0
Basic store: monthly cost $24.95
Difference in monthly cost is 24.95- 0 = 24.95
Divide 24.95 by 0.30 = 83
50 + 83 = 133 as the magic number of listings.

If you have a basic store yearly subscription the $19.95/month makes the magic number 117

·2 years agoWhere is this 50 free listings number from. Doesn't everyone get 250 free listings per month whether you have a store or not ?

·2 years agoIn 2018 which is when that post was made,non store sellers only received 50 free listings per month I'm not sure when it became higher.

you replied to a 2018 thread when ebay's listing limits were different.
ebay made some major changes in 2020 to the limits.
