Does eIS not ship to China?
I have someone from China wanting to purchase an item. I thought eIS shipped there but do not see China as an option.

·1 week agoEIS Canada currently only ships to the UK, the US, all EU countries and Australia (but keep in mind eligibility depends on the import rules of each country and the item you have listed).
So, no, EIS Canada does not ship to China

·1 week agoeIS Canada has a very short list of countries it ships to. Currently eis according to help page is 30. Actually about 12 with EU countries that were removed a few months back. See link towards bottom for eligible countries (And approved products)

·1 week agoIn theory. I’m running into .com listings where not all 200 countries are on the “ships to” list. Countries in Africa and South America are sometimes absent.

From my random testing both help pages do not match the downgraded list of up to date available countries. What is most strange with the list we have now for Canada eIS the approved countries basically overlap CP tracked. Unfortunately most buyers will not pay for the eis version due to the fact it uses couriers and slower shipping. If parcel post was put back in play displayed rates in theory would come down.
Example:
Approx. 50.00 non tariffed item to Norway by eIS eBay quotes shipping as 76.20 in up to 1 month. Via CP Tracked 19.20 in 2 weeks. A 40.00 items comes down to 75.43. (without tariffs.)
Same 50.00 non tariffed item to Australia by eis 34.xx in 1 month. 24.00 with CP tracked.
*****Has anyone had an item that is either not approved (according to help page) or to a country sell and ship to eis and either get stopped in its track at hub or get released to be forwarded to end country? Thinking the verboten stamps or currency type items. Several months ago I had a Canadian first day cover make it to a US customer without any hurdles. Just luck? Who knows?
Personally from my luck/experience with eIS I am to point any international I am now getting are pure luck and how search interplays with our listings.

·1 week agoI am not sure where it was posted but I remember a recent post from @devon@ebay where he says that positive changes are coming soon to eIS Canada, including an expanded list of approved countries.
