Hi all, looking for some clarity on the EIS program. I have read conflicting information online, as a Canadian eBay seller on eBay.ca, if I opt to enable shipping to some international countries (outside of US) will I have the option to use EIS and ship to the US hub? If so, which international countries would qualify for this program?
