eBay is scamming me
So I sold an item on eBay while it was shipping it got delayed. Buyer opened an item not received case on me and won it for some reason even though the item had tracking showing that it was still in transit. So the buyer got all their money back plus shipping. Well now the item has been delivered and I can't get any money or my item back since they already closed the case. The real thing to understand here is that I a seller did nothing wrong and lost my product and money for shipping.

·6 years agoA buyer can open an item not received case after the estimated delivery date and will win unless you have proof of delivery. If tracking does show that the item was recently scanned and still on its way there, you can ask ebay to extend the waiting period so that the buyer cannot ask ebay to step in as quickly.

the buyer can open case any day after shipping with provided Tracking .It happens to me many times.
