EBay printed 2 labels - cancelled one but both tracking nos. show as shipped in Hub | Selling

Today I tried to print a label, got an error message, when I was able to print one label eBay showed two different tracking nos. against my item. I was able to request a cancel for one label. How do I get rid of the second tracking no. that shows against my item so that eBay doesn't think my item didn't ship on time?
