Ebay shipping calculator
Ebay Canada Post rates are incorrect.? Mailing to USA today June 29 for parcel with tracking 770 grams Ebay Shipping Calculator says about $12.
Local post office charge is $24. I tried to contact Ebay person to discuss, impossible & frustrating task.

·3 months agoeBay's calculated shipping for Canada Post includes a Level 4 or higher negotiated business discount. Unfortunately, for nearly a year now, we've been unable to use those discounted rates to purchase labels on eBay because of eBay's inability to integrate Zonos, which is necessary to print Canada Post labels.
When buying your labels directly from Canada Post make sure you're providing your Solutions for Small Business account number to get a discount - it won't be as good as the eBay discount, but it's something. I would recommend not using Calculated Shipping on eBay to the United States - for anything under 2kg you can use flat rate shipping as it's a known rate to any location in the United States via Tracked Packet.

The eBay calculator is based on purchasing your label via eBay Labels. You will get counter rates at a post office. (Unless you have a Solution for Small Business Account w/ card. Basic discount with that is level 1.) Have you confirmed discounted rates are turned on with your shipping? You would need to offer and usecalculated shipping with your listings. Link attached.

It's always a good idea to confirm your personal selling settings are correct and match your requirements. Done from your user name at top of your selling page.

As a side you may want to confirm your colognes etc are safe to ship. If they contain any alcohol they are considered hazardous goods and have special requirements and packaging to be sent.
