eIS and Calculated shipping - Not showing the less expensive in search and listings | Selling

I finally been added to eIS. I'm happy to simplify sending to the USA using any kind of automated calculation on eBay... But, there's a big problem. I'm using Canada Post International tracked. The shipping method shown by default on searches and item is eIS, even if Canada Post Tracked is cheapest. @devon@ebay I thought it was supposed to show the cheapest methods in searches and default on item? Seems to be a bug there ?See screenshots. On searches Default on items But Tracked international is way way cheaper. This is basically killing my international sales.
