As far as I know, it's not available yet. Luke mentioned that they were looking to implement it eventually. They've kind of gone quiet recently. My guess is they'll probably look to expand the Canadian program first (countries that it services), then worry about adding the program to dot com Canadians. I was actually pretty surprised they were even considering doing so in the first place.

I really can't see that ever happening for Canadian sellers. eIS Canada is based on a sellers mailing address. If it is on their to do list it is very close to the bottom.

Yes, as of late 2025, to use the eBay International Shipping (eIS) program for Canadian sellers, you must be listing on eBay.ca or CAFR.eBay.ca.

Automatic Enrollment: Eligible sellers are being enrolled in phases starting in October 2025.
No .com Support (Yet): Items listed directly on eBay.com by Canadian sellers are not currently eligible for the new Canadian eIS program, though eBay is exploring solutions for this.
If you list on eBay.com, you will not have access to the benefits of the Canadian eIS program (such as handled returns and protection from international transit issues) at this time.

Why eBay needs to make easy to move listings from com to ca when there are longstanding sellers who have listed on com for years. Not easy when it is a major process to cut and paste and redo photos for long created listings.

Rhetorical question time. Do you remember the last time a large volume of Canadian sellers asked for either an undo or something to be urgently fixed and it being done promptly?

That was generated from a major uproar and was over 1 year ago. Those situations are few and far between when it comes to eBay Canada. Remember the very belated apology for 1000's of sellers losing listing photos with disclaimer that something like that would never happen again? For me it was like 60 +- hrs of labour to repair the damage.

When I was trying to get back Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan into the program I was told they were doing in batches. Most likely a boilerplate answer given to eBay CS across the board. There was nothing I could do other than message eis and cross fingers.

They were doing it in batches. Not sure where they are in the process. In your shipping preferences it will look like this once you are in or out. As a side eIS is only available for dot ca listings.
