eIS for Canadian sellers
Summary: lotzofuniquegoodies points out that the eIS help page for Canadian sellers needs updating to reflect new guidelines, specifically regarding the list of supported countries. marnotom! mentions inconsistencies with US listings concerning the countries showing as supported. lotzofuniquegoodies further suggests that the actual list of supported countries might be longer than what's shown, and notes limited personal success with the eIS feature in comparison to past sales.

As an fyi the original eIS help page needs to be modified to accurately reflect the countries permitted for Canadian sellers based on new guidelines.
Do we have a tentative date for country quantity to mirror the US list?
Canadian Page:
30 countries less recent removals (=12 +-)
US Page
200 +- countries less recent removals.

·3 weeks agoFor whatever it’s worth, Lotz, I’ve recently been running into a number of US listings where the full list of eIS-supported countries is not on the “ships to” locations. Read into that what you want.

I'm of the impression the "actual" list is longer than what the eBay help page shows. If anyone has had recent sales maybe we can compose our own list to get a better idea of what is going on under the hood. When a seller has eIS turned on it probably over rides their settings.
From a personal standpoint after eventually get access to eIS it has nowhere to close replaced my previous level of US/Intl sales....Pre and post the Donald. Approx count maybe 10 to 12 sales. 9 of those to USA spread over 7 months (5 of which were of the very low value that went letter mail to hub.) Definitely no cause for fireworks. The last complete month of direct to USA sales I had 7.
