EIS program!
I got an email saying that I would be in the EIS program, but I don't see any option available yet. I just sold an Item to a US customer and it was just like the EIS but it was because of the Authenticity guarantee program. When will I be part of the EIS program?

·7 months agoWhen did this email get sent? My understanding is if you opt into eIS manually, it takes a day or two for it to take effect on your listings, so it may take that long for eIS to show up on your listings after the "on switch" is hit for you.
Looking at your listings, though, it appears as though you have a huge exclusion list which could be affecting that "on switch." My understanding is that you can choose to have that exclusion list disregarded for shipments where eIS is used. See if this help page is relevant to you, keeping in mind that it was likely designed more with the US version of eIS in mind:

·7 months agoGood point on the exclusion list. I have not listed since August and when I went to set up shipping policies for EIS it carried over my exclusion list from other policies that excluded every location other than Canada and the US.

·7 months agoeIS has an override for your exclusion list. As long as that is toggled on (and I think they automatically toggle it when you're enrolled), it overrides your exclusion policies.

·7 months agoGood to know. I just set up the shipping policy with no exclusions anyway.
