EIS question from a Canadian seller

I've been enrolled in EIS and I'm a bit confused about how it works as a Canadian seller. I deal mostly in postage stamp collections, ranging from single stamps to larger lot collections. My shipping ranges from simple letter envelopes with no tracking to larger tracked lots.

When building a listing do I just include "domestic shipping", as if to sell within Canada only, then international bidders can see the listing and bid? Currently I include domestic shipping with added categories for USA and international non-USA. I don't use any "shipping rules" in my listings.

Currently my listings' shipping ranges from simple letter sized envelopes with a postage stamp (no tracking) to larger items where I would ship with a printed label with tracking. Do both these scenarios work for EIS or do all items shipped to the Canadian hub need a printed label with tracking?

Is there a minimum package size requirement? Can simple letter envelopes be sent to the hub?

There is a maximum size but not a minimum. The preference is to send tracked but untracked is at your discretion/risk.

According to eBay eIS Canada rules and regulations stamps are not permitted with eIS.

Due to export limitations and restrictions, items listed in the following categories also can't be shipped with eBay International Shipping. This is not an exhaustive list and it may be updated based on transportation regulations and export laws.

Has anyone tested to see if this the gospel/accurate? Has anyone had something returned because it was on the unacceptable list or do you get some sort of error message if a sale happens and you to proceed with eIS?

Thanks for the reply. What the... stamps aren't permitted? That's pretty much all I sell: postage stamp collections. Guess that seals it, I'm opting out.
