Expedited Lite Charged As Regular Expedited When Sent to eIS Hub
As seen here and on Reddit, many people, including myself, are being charged regular Expedited pricing instead of Expedited Lite when shipping to the eIS Hub in Mississauga. Is anything happening? Have they been made aware? I know last time shipping labels were overcharged, we got refunded, but that took almost 2 months.
Also, I did send a message to the eIS email, but sadly got no answer.

·6 months agoI'm not sure who you mean by "they" in the context of your message, but if you've emailed the eIS Canada development team, you've made the team aware that you have a problem.
It looks like there are a few glitches with the Canadian eIS right now and it's difficult for us mere mortals to figure out if they're related or separate. Not everyone is having the same issues with eIS, by the looks of things, and some people report a pretty quick resolution to their issues after emailing the development team, some people, like you, are still waiting.
Are you getting charged for Expedited Parcel instead of Expedited Lite when shipping to a Canadian location that's not the hub? If so, this may be more an issue with eBay Labels than it is with eIS.

And no, Expedited Lite to regular houses is charged correct, it's only when shipped to the eIS Hub!
