Expedited Lite - Dimension Error
Hello community seller peeps.
I recently delisted some items, and when I went to relist them, all of a sudden I can no longer use the Canada Post Expedited Lite, even though the dimensions are WELL beow the requirements.
Any suggestions? Or maybe I am missing something obvious?

·3 months agoIf your shipping policy for LITE also includes "UPS Standard Canada" you will need to remove UPS Standard Canada from the policy to make any changes. This is the cause for the dimension error, not Expedited Lite dimensions. ebay is in no hurry to fix this problem that began over a month ago now.
You can add UPS Standard back to your policy after relisting, that seems to work now.
Or enter dimensions 10x10x10cm to get around the UPS dimension issue, but this might effect non-lite calculated shipping.

OP3 months agoAh, ok thank you so much, that worked like a charm!! I tried to hard to find a thread about this!! I only had UPS on there becuase i liek to give people options, but I think ill just leave it off for domestic that is eligible for LITE.
