Funds on hold: Awaiting dispatch from hub
I've had over 25 eIS sales and am a top-rated seller. It's the first time I've seen "Funds on hold: Awaiting dispatch from hub". The item was sold to someone in the UK. It's a collectible figurine that I've sent before. What triggers this?

·3 months agoEBay will Hold customer payments for new or occasional sellers for up to 30 pending customer satisfaction.
You can ask every 30 days that this restriction be removed, but no promises.
This happened to me when I opened a seventh account (not all are currently active) but the restriction on number and value of my listings as well as the Hold were removed when I pointed out that I had been actively selling since 1998.
I usually ask new sellers if they are registered for Managed Payments but since you have been selling in the past year, I think we can assume that you are.
