After almost 30 years of selling on eBay, I closed my account today. I am in my mid 80's and have some memory problems.
eBay had become much more complicated with tariffs etc. I don't need the stress.
I want to thank all of you who through the years have taken time to answer my questions, I appreciate it more than I can say. I remember dear members like Pierre who many years ago sold stamps and was usually the first one to respond to me. He left quite a few years ago.
I hope you all continue to be successful in your efforts and saled on eBay, and I have to much to thank eBay for over the years. Goodbye to you all.

Carol, we've had lots of great conversations over the years. You and I are the same age and I'm going to be following you and retire from eBay very soon too. I actually stopped selling here last summer as I wanted to be sure. But i wish I knew what to do with all my patterns, craft books and vintage fabrics! It's hard to get rid of things you enjoy but don't need any longer. Good luck in your retirement!

Hopefully you can find some much less stressful ways to have fun in your "eBay retirement"!!!!

This board does have a wealth of knowledge with diverse backgrounds and I agree has always been a very helpful resourse. It's always the first place I look if I have a problem here, there's comfort in knowing you're not alone. All the best to you going forward!
