Having a store
Summary: lotzofuniquegoodies mentions that store fees on eBay are now being deducted on the first of the month instead of the third, without prior notice, and suggests providing sellers with an invoice and payment options to ease the financial burden. dobo5250 confirms this change and notes the difficulty it causes as many of their other bills are also due on the first. Both participants express a preference for the previous billing cycle, which gave them more financial flexibility.

It appears store fees now get removed on the first vs the 3rd. That has been my experience for the last 2 months. As far as I know there was no heads up regarding a change to the billing cycle. It might be better if sellers received an invoice to pay with a choice of how to pay vs it being removed directly on eBay. This would make it less of a challenge to have funds in their account that haven't been released available for these charges.

Note: Using Tuesday as a fixed payout day does not always line up with the first day.

·2 years agoyes i too have noticed the change --from the 3rd sometimes up to the 5th on some months -- and now its the 1st no matter what day it is- i thought it might mean to have been to my changing for weekly payouts on tuesday to daily payouts which lined up with the date changes -- but now i think not i liked the old way it gave a breathing rooms from all the other deductions i have on the first -- like rent, insurance, and other small accounts i have that bill only on the first -- now its a tight fit every month hopeing every one get paid ok
maybe others have input to this change
