How can you have almost 100% in customs fees etc. for one item?
@brocante6
Sadly because it is made of metal and Orangie has issues with anything made of metal. Charge is made up of the tariff on the metal and customs processing.
Yes, I think that 99.99% of our problems with eBay's international shipping come from the AI. I use it currently and very often for item identification; the AI is wrong...
but this is the very reason that Canadian sellers need to know and be aware of what they are listing here on eBay if they are going to play to the USA audience.

·6 months agoMy guess is EIS handling of metal, but also it's set to COO Canada.
I would experiment just to see how different things effect it...set COO to US and back. Also x10 price to see if the % stays the same.

ALL Canadian sellers need to be aware of what they are listing and/or selling to the USA!

·6 months agoI looked at the listing and there is no identification that it is metal or steel. Enamelware is the only clue, so bit stumped myself.

·6 months agoI do, hence "clue". Looks like the EIS algorithms do as well. I am a bit suprised it picked it up, that's all.
