For those who have a Canada Post / Zonos account, when you created your Zonos account, did you use a password that you created or use a a secure password generator, like LastPass or Google to create a password?
Does registering for Zonos on the app or computer make a difference, is there a preference?
I thought when it first rolled out that the app worked better, but I do pretty well everything on the computer.
Looking at registering and doing a test shipment to the US before I resume listing in the new year.
No, I don't believe there is an difference between registering on the app vs the website. Just make sure if you're doing it on the website you're creating the account on app.zonosprepay.com and not zonos.com. The latter is a completely separate account and is used for things such as automatic billing with Canada Post.
I accidentally signed up for the zonos.com first, after that I signed up for prepay, so I'm signed up for both, I used the same password for them both, something similar in style to the other ones I use for other stuff, had no problems with it for either of them. (I've only used the prepay since I signed up).
Personally I use LastPass for all my password needs, so that's what I used.
You can basically do the same thing by just smacking your keyboard randomly and making it sure it includes a combo of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols lol.
I saw your other post having difficulty generating a password that Zonos would accept. Just try the "hit keyboard" method to generate something truly random - if it's still not accepting it at that point then it's a technical error or glitch of some kind.
