how do I get a shipping label corrected after purchased? Customer had wrong address on ebay website.

Purchase went well only after purchasing and printing the shipping label. Wrong address supplied, customer emailed with new address. Customer says they have corrected the address. what steps are next?

It may or may not be a big deal to you, but shipping items to addresses other than the one provided through eBay in the transaction details invalidates your seller protections against various types of fraud.

I would recommend cancelling the sale with the reason “problem with address” and asking the buyer to put their new address on file with eBay so they can purchase from the relisted listing (that sounds weird) you’re going to have to make up.
