How do you generate a report in CSV format of active listings? Keep getting "missing condition" erro

Trying to create a report in CSV file format through Seller Hub of active listings. Tried using Grok but I still get hung up on "missing condition details required (0)" when I try and download report. Any assistance is appreciated - thanks

Dear Seller since eBay requires a condition for all live listings, this error is likely a minor glitch with the report tool. All your live listings already have a condition, so try refreshing or re-generating the CSV report.
