How to Add New Zealand to Shipping Policies
Good Day Everyone,
I was wondering if someone could tell me how to include New Zealand in my shipping policies. For the longest time I have been trying to do this with no results. I choose "Destination" and New Zealand is not available. What am I missing ?

But, since you only want to ship to some locations, use the excluded regions and exclude everywhere, then uncheck only the places to not exclude (US/AU/NZ).
Visitors from excluded locations should not find your listings in a search. If they do find your listings they should get the message that you do not ship to their location.
It will then look like this on .com for example:

·3 months ago · EditedNo need to add New Zealand. It's already included in "worldwide", like most of the other countries. I never added NZ and still sell and ship there.
This is my excluded locations section. Oceania is unchecked, which means I ship to all Oceanian countries.

OP3 months ago@hansatrade I don't want to ship worldwide and I didn't really like eIS. I just wanted to see if there was an easier way to include New Zealand. Thanks for your help. Have a nice day !

Easiest way to add or exclude countries is with preferences. You get to those settings from your user name at top of page.

OP3 months ago@lotzofuniquegoodies I can't do that because I use business policies. I did go into exluded countries in shipping policies and removed the checkmark for New Zealand but it still does not show. It's not a big deal but I would have liked to include it.

·3 months ago · Edited@chameleon295 When I click on your listings it is only showing Canada, UK and Australia. There can be a lag when you update settings. Nothing is instant. I personally do not use business policies. Too many listings in the game so it just causes conflicts. I just create on the fly and specify my ship to. Unfortunately the default for Intl Tracked with CP and ebay is WORLD. Find it's just easier to specify from the dropdown.
When I click on your exclusion list it is NOT including New Zealand so it may be back to the lag time for the info to update.
Unfortunately ebay hasn't (in recent times) updated the regions list arrangement when creating a listing. Any changes they've made to the dot com board just never got updated for ca to match world situations. In theory NZ should be included as part of Australia but really depends on how the listing tool was programmed and changes made when it gets updated. To my mind the choices we see were never inputted based on someone with a background in world geography.
According to a quick google search Oceania/Australia "should" include the following countries:
