How to find items that I newly listed to make adjustments
Summary: tuckhouse2021 is experiencing issues with receiving notifications for newly listed items on eBay and cannot find recent listings, even after customizing the "Manage active listings" table. mrdutch1001 offers advice on how to view recent listings, mentioning that the notification issue has been sporadic. tuckhouse2021 struggles to locate recent listings despite efforts but finds that some listings are visible to others. Eventually, tuckhouse2021 mentions that notifications began appearing overnight. lucitabby suggests the "away" status could be affecting the listing view, but tuckhouse2021 doubts this, noting that being "on time away" hasn't affected this before.
As I list items I used to get an email within minutes to say that my listing is now live with the details and images etc of the item. I get the option to view it or revise etc. I often have to refer back to these lists of recent listings to make adjustments or check the details of a similar card. I catch mistakes as I move from one listing to the next down the line and need to go back and make changes. As of a couple of days ago, this feature is gone and I don't know a quick way to find a card I listed within the last hour or so. I don't seem to have a newly listed option for my own cards. I am currently listing as buy it nows if that makes a difference. I have checked my email settings and can't find anthing about changes to notifications settings.
I tried to customize my active listings by start date but they don't even show up. Am I missing something?
How do I find the listings that I just made and entered today and are they even getting posted?
Many thanks in advance for any input you can give.

OP3 years agoThanks for the inputs. The notifications all trickled into my inbox overnight individually about ten minutes apart from eachother. It seem to be sorting itself out.
I am on time away but have been most of the summer and that never made a difference before. I list smaller items that can travel safely. Usually I get the notices within a minute of listing.

·3 years agoYour listings state that you are away till July 29th - I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

·3 years agoThe feature of eBay sending emails/messages/notifications of recently listed items has been sporatic/MIA for months now, so I simply check my listings via "Manage active listings" >customize table> with all the specifics inputted as needed.....easy, peasy...

OP3 years agoThanks but I tried that. I have customized my table to show start date and end date and variations but there is nothing listed more recently than July 17 and I have spent days listing since then. I have no way to find the items that I have recently listed at all. I re-did that whole table and nothing recent shows and I have no notifications in my emails about them either.

·3 years agowhen you go to your "active" listings, you should be able to tell which listings are newest just simply by looking at the start date...
When I check your listings, I see 6 New Listings for today July 23rd...13 listings on July 19th,etc...
tuckhouse2021
OP3 years agoNo I tried that but I don't get anything more recent than a start date of July 17th. There are about 20 listings with that date and then following that there is another goruping from April 25th which would be about one thousand listings ago.
Thanks for confirming that they do show though. I just can't make them show for me which is really frustrating.

OP3 years agoMany thanks for your efforts. I too use the seller hub. Hopefully it will resolve itself. I don't know how else to find my new listed listings.

·3 years agoTry just going to your store (not seller hub, your actual store) and sorting by newly listed.
