Something like "What is the HTS code for a set of porcelain expresso cups and saucers made in italy shipping from Canada to the USA according to the USITC.gov website". Then verify the result with one of the websites to see if the answer makes sense.

·11 months agoThe Country of Origin would be a separate note on the customs form and not related to the HS number which designates products.

Cannot say if it's accurate for your case, tho.

·11 months agoThis is what they gave me... Note the "Special". The S mean part of USCMA, if it is manufactured in Canada. For Italy, I think their tariff would apply, not sure.
But again, not sure if it's really what you need. You will have to take your own decision and make sure it's the most accurate.
