I am unable to ship to Israel right now?

Hi, a customer of mine is trying to buy from me who is in Israel but says there is an error message saying the seller doesnt ship to Israel.
The facts:
-I do ship to Israel and the last time I shipped there (different customer) was about a month ago.
-The listing doesnt have any excluded countries.
-I tried with generic expedited shipping as well as UPS international shipping.
-I DO NOT USE THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM OR ANY ITERATION OF IT!!!!
What is going on? anybody else having similar issues?

What listing is giving you the issue?
When I use a Canada or US location I see 70 listings, if I change my location to Israel I see only 67 listings?

Maybe some addresses slip by and others are blocked?

·3 months agoThat old announcement is no longer valid and hasn't been for a couple of months.
Currently Canada Post does not have block on Israel as per this announcement from Monday (the block on Israel was removed by pretty much every postal service in April)
