I have the same issue with package dimensions but I also cannot access international shipping

I cannot access international shipping. My profile shows that I am enrolled. I'm assuming this is also a glitch. I have tried to contact eBay repeatedly. The AI tree either tells me that there are no agents available or that I am calling outside of business hours. Oddly, I have been calling at various times throughout the day. Frustrating is right! I understand that computer programs can have a glitch or two, but not being able to contact support is just bad business in my opinion.

I'm also having that issue with UPS dimensions and eIS isn't working on most of my listings. If I remove UPS, Canada post Regular Parcel still doesn't work for eIS, but Expedited Lite and Free shipping does work with eIS.

When I tested one of your listings with a USA address, it showed eIS.
