I need help to send another item to a buyer in the US. The buyer claims that the CD that I sent played fine on my machines was blank and wants another one. I know that sometimes a CD doesn't play on all machines and I suppose this is one of them. Now I want to send another one through ebay to take advantage of the savings in shipping. Do you know how I do this?
