I need to cancel one order out of a list of three, can't see how

I need to cancel an order, I tried Find the listing in awaiting shipment, drop down on the left, Cancel Order, but that just doesn't work, no drop down saying "Cancel Order".

But you can go and refund for that item. It gives you a list of reasons for the refund and I think buyer requested and out of stock are on the list (which are two reasons for cancelling, the third reason for cance...
