I need two shipping labels, one for item A, another for item B. They have to be shipped separately.
Summary: inuit-art is facing an issue with eBay, as the system allows only one shipping label for two items purchased together, despite them needing separate packaging due to their fragility and size differences. hansatrade suggests selecting the option to "get another label" even after delivery, allowing adjustments for size, weight, and carrier. inuit-art appreciates the solution and thanks hansatrade for the help.
eBay assumes that the two items I sold to a buyer can be shipped in one package. But in fact the two items can not be shipped in one package, because the bigger and very heavy item will damage the other thin and fragile item. Because the buyer order the two items at the same time, eBay system allows me to create only one shipping label, meaning the two items have to be shipped in one package.
I tried the ebay "Help" (AI, auto response), that said "An agent will call you". But no call from eBay!
Anyone can help? Thanks
Bill

·1 year agoThat's very easy - just choose "get another label". It's available even long after the item has been delivered.
The 2nd label may be different - you can freely change the size, weight, and the carrier.
