I recently started using eBay international shipping and I'm getting bad detailed seller ratings

I recently started using eBay International Shipping for sales outside of Canada and have been getting bad detailed seller ratings for shipping costs and shipping speed using this service. Doesn't eBay guarantee to remove bad detailed seller ratings because of their service since we have no control over speed or costs? How do I get the bad ratings removed since I have dropped from 5.0 to 4.8 in both categories after receiving bad ratings from US buyers. Any help regarding this would be greatly a...

EBay does alow for the removal of feedback that complains about import fees and shipping costs often include import fees. In the event of such a mention, you could Respond "paid May 1 shipped May 2 delivered to eIS plant May 7 delivered to customer May 12" which puts the facts out there for future customers to interpret how they willBut generally it is not a good idea to make any Response at all to negative or neutral feedback.
