I will lose top rated seller status next month for the 1st time in 6 years | Selling

So the time has finally come where I will lose my top rated seller status for the 1st time in 6 years since getting it for USA.It’s no big mystery as to why I’m losing it right now as opposed to any other time these past 6 years.Anyways. My reason for losing it is I have 98 transactions to the USA instead of 100 for a one year period. A lot of this has to do with my June 2025 month which overall was my worst year in business in my 9 years of seriously selling on eBay where I only sold $180 worth of stuff for that month. Absolutely pitiful month that was. My average annual transaction amount to USA tends to be 115-140’ish so this has been a significant dip. I’d say last year the Trump shenanigans cost me about $5000 in lost revenue even tho I have CUSMA for most of the things I sell, the optics of him constantly going on tv and lying about Canada and yapping about tariffs spooked enough people to dissuade them from buying outside of the USA . That and the fact that the average person doesn’t understand trade deals and just wants to put in cart and buy something and get it within a week or so and be done with it. The real cherry on top of the bad circumstances cake is that eBay has decided to strongarm sellers into using their EIS program which is SLOWER, more EXPENISVE, and more RESTRICTIVE than most other shipping options.I may or may not get my top rated seller status back next month or a month after. It seems a big irony in this is I have been doing pretty good this year but it’s in part because I’ve had a larger uptick in sales to Canadians and international so it fractured my transaction count so even if on paper I’m selling the same amount or close to it transactions as usual and making around the same amount of money for eBay via fees etc. they don’t see it that way. They see only that I’ve dropped below 100 for the USA (barely!).So on top of the forced promoted listings fees, false tariff messages on my CUSMA listings etc. it looks like I’m also on track to lose my top rated seller status as well.Running an e-commerce business right now is a pretty terrible venture tbh. So much volatility and uncertainty.I wish eBay would do more than just throw EIS and promoted listings at us. Not everyone sells mass produced socks or plates etc. those programs both do virtually nothing for a CUSMA seller of niche vintage and handmade art supplies like me.
