International buyer refusing to purchase return label
Seller is based in Canada, buyer is based in the US. Shipped thru CP/USPS, not the global program. Buyer opened an INAD case and seller accepted the return. However, there is no way to get a return label when seller lives in a different country. Ebay is warning the seller that if they cannot provide the label, they will refund the buyer without return. What is the solution here?

·2 months agoI believe others recommend Shippo too to create USPS return labels to Canada.
You need to set the label to be return merchandise for customs.
Shippo lets me enter a US address and my Canadian address and gives me a quote when I try, but I've never done this myself.

OP2 months agoBuyer is a different country, it is logistically impossible to get a label originating from a different country

·2 months agoNo, on Net Parcel you can buy many labels for many different services. I've heard Shippo works as well. You use your buyers address as the sender and put yours as the recipient.
I'm aware your buyer is in a different country, but some of these online label purchasing sites are a good work around.

·2 months ago@lafleur_vintage You should be able to buy return labels on Shippo. If you can manage to sign up for it, you can also try Pirate Ship. If the item is light, make sure they add simple export rate to your Pirate Ship account. You can also use Shippsy, but I think you need a tax number to get a return through them if you're operating as a business. You might be able to get the label with EasyShip as well (not sure). It is definitely not impossible. Keep in mind that shipping from USA to Canada is more expensive than you might think.
