Hi everyone,I’m running into a recurring issue with my shipping setup and I’m hoping someone here has solved this before.I sell TCG singles and have a business policy where domestic buyers pay $1.50 Lettermail. For international buyers, I’ve set up a rate table that requires tracked services (Expedited Lite / Tracked Packet), because I don’t want to send untracked mail outside the Canada.The problem:Some international buyers are still being shown — and charged — my $1.50 Lettermail rate, even though my rate table has proper prices for their region.
