Is it better to list shipping as Economy Mail so the expected delivery time frame is longer? Or make it clearer to buyers that Canada Post lettermail is being used instead?

·1 year agoYou should absolutely use economy mail. eBay's lettermail estimates are often ... optimistic, especially right now. Because there's no tracking, it's essential that the item makes it to the buyer before they can open a case.
For me personally, I make a note in the listing description that domestic items may be shipped untracked via lettermail.

Plus gives you the option of using oversize lettermail or Canada Post Expedited Lite (eBay exclusive).
