Is it just me or is UPS really sucking at delivery lately? | Selling

I recently shipped out three packages using UPS and literally ALL of them got delivered late. Looking at the tracking info was super frustrating as the packages just kept bouncing back and forth between the same location points for who knows why. And then when it was time to finally to deliver the item to the buyer, the item was reported as either damaged or lost. Case in point (You can see that on May 1, the package was at Hodgkins, IL and then 5 days later it was returned to the same location for some reason)Another case in point (This one was stuck at Delta BC for days and then the package is reported as lost) And to think I paid extra to ship with UPS instead of Canada Post because UPS is supposed to be the faster shipping company. Infuriating. Has anyone else had problems with UPS lately or am I just unlucky? This isn't just a venting post by the way, I genuinely want to know if I should avoid using UPS in the near future lest there be a problem.
