Issue With Tracking Uploaded Late Bug
Summary: flipistics reports a bug on eBay where shipments are marked as having late-tracking uploads. The issue arises when items are sent via Canada Post, but eBay seeks tracking events from USPS. I'm still getting this bug, where some of my shipments are being labeled as the tracking having been uploaded late after eBay acknowledges that I stated I'm sending the item via Canada Post but they're looking for tracking events from USPS (and obviously not finding them). This only seems to be affecting eIS shipments, at least with regards to Canada Post. I realize Canadian sellers don't have to meet that requirement for top rated, but it's still not a good experience for the buyer who have to wait several days wondering why no tracking events are showing.
This also happens domestically with ICS by the way, which is being incorrectly detected as TForce Logistics.

·1 week agoMaybe this is related to the ongoing Canada Post issues? They have been a mess since the beginning of the week. They are still very glitchy, AFAIK.

OP1 week agoNo, this one is entirely an issue with eBay. It's only some of my items to the hub that are being affected. Canada Post parcels going domestically are working as expected. ICS is having issues with domestic tracking.

·1 week agoTwo international orders I have coming via CP are not tracking. And ParcelApp shows exactly the same (no updated info).
