Issues Trying to Print USA Shipping Label (UPS or FedEx) from Ebay Canada App

Since friday ive not been able to generate a UPS or Fedex shipping label to the USA through the ebay Canada App. The Canada labels are working fine for all Canada Post, UPS and FedEx, but i cant get the UPS or Fedex labels for the USA? Oddly they will work from my desktop but its combersome as i ship via my phone App. Just cuiorus if nayone else is having this issue or they know what it could be. i have uninstalled and reinsalled my app but its the same issue.

·5 months agoI generated one today (forgot about eiS since I rarely use it) and had no problems.
Have you tried using a computer instead of a phone?

·5 months agoI seem to recall a few weeks ago someone posted that they weren't able to print a UPS shipping label for a shipment to the United States, but I don't remember if they were using the app and I can't find the thread in question now.
Perhaps it's a precautionary move by UPS and FedEx in light of the recent Supreme Court ruling on the US tariffs, but that's probably a long shot in terms of theories. We would have seen more posts similar to yours from people trying to print labels from their laptop or desktop computers if that were the case. Probably.

·5 months agoCan't help much either as I never get labels this way, but it might help diagnose or troubleshoot the problem if you describe more of what is happening when you attempt to generate a label? App crashes, error message, stuck waiting?
Is it creating labels (see Track and manage your shipments) and you can't view/print them via the app?

·5 months agoCan't help you there, as I only ship to the US via eIS.
Maybe devon@ebay can provide some help for you?
