eBay flagged an item as policy violation, but it clearly is just a misjudgement by an algorithm. No living being has ever reviewed this decision.When I click the "resolve" button on the lusting, I only get a pamphlet about policy violations and bla bla bla, but the "Start Appeal" button is greyed out.Until recent, eBay had a working support through Facebook messenger, which has been discontinued. And what they offer as support chat is a bot that only allows pre-defined questions.How the heck is it possible to reach out to a real person, to get the problem resolved?
